Chef Daniel covers cooking fundamentals and culinary presentation in this fun hands-on cooking class. You'll learn how to make fresh pasta dough and shape it into ravioli pasta that will be filled spinach and ricotta and served with marinara sauce. You'll then enjoy an Italian salad with radicchio, tomatoes and avocados. For desert, a surprise prepared by Chef Daniel, that will surely make a sweet ending to the meal.

This was such a great experience and Chef Daniel made it fun and interesting. I learned so much about cooking in general with different ingredients to being out the flavor! I would definitely do another class and highly recommend this one. The food was delicious!
