We had the best time at our Recreate the Flavors of Latin America cooking class! Jarlien & Chef Albert were the best! There were 5 in our group and from the moment we stepped in Jarlien greeted us with a big smile and let us know what was in store for us during the class. We made guacamole, cilantro lime rice, shrimp skewers, corn tortilla chips, Chimichurri sauce, steak and at the end of our meal we had a beautiful flan. We chose to be "hands on" ( you have the option to watch the Chef or be "hands on"). We each took turns chopping, cooking, barbequeing, etc. Two of our friends celebrated their birthday at this class and said it was a 5 star experience. We all agreed! We loved our class with Chef Roddy! He was so welcoming and the space was perfect. We had so much fun learning new techniques and he kept us engaged the entire time. I highly recommend this class to anyone that wants to develop their culinary skills and enjoy a night out!
