Cooking Class: Classic American Steakhouse Meal
Bring fine steakhouse to your dining room table in this in-person cooking class led by Chef Lamour. You'll recreate a satisfying steak dinner with all the fixings, in the tradition of the finest steakhouses in America. Begin with a bread course of homemade rolls and a salad course featuring romaine hearts and smoked bacon. For your main course, a New York strip steak seared in a cast-iron skillet with sautéed mushrooms and potato Lyonnaise. And for dessert, whip up a decadent chocolate mousse.

With more than 20 years of international experience in cuisine and food preparation under her chef's hat, Chef Lamour certainly defines "culinary passion." She holds a degree in speech and public speaking, has studied cooking and culinary arts in France and has worked in high-end fine-dining establishments all across New York. Chef Lamour loves teaching both younger and older students alike and is eager to share her passion and experience with new aspiring chefs.
