In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll learn how to fold, fill and cook your own dumplings step by step, no stress, no perfection needed. You’ll mix up a fresh, flavorful filling with carrots, cabbage, scallions, garlic, ginger and soy, with a vegetarian option included, of course. Then comes the fun part: folding them up and watching them turn golden and delicious. To finish, you’ll make a bright soy-citrus dipping sauce that ties everything together perfectly.
