In this cooking class, you'll learn how to make three dishes that put traditional French flavors on display. Begin the class by learning how to caramelize onions like a professional to make a traditional French onion soup topped with creamy Gruyère cheese. Move on to the main course, where you'll have your choice between two dishes. Braise a tender cut of chicken in red wine with onions and mushrooms to craft a rich coq au vin. Or make a savory stew with beef, red wine and carrots to make a boeuf Bourguignon. Discover the secret to making the perfect flaky pastry dough for tarts filled with seasonal fruit for a decadent dessert to end the meal.

Chef Denis was outstanding. He taught my wife and I so many things about the culinary world that I'm sure we'll probably forget anyway. However, we won't forget how lovely the night was while we chatted, cooked, and simply enjoyed each others' company for the few hours he was with us. Oh! And the food! Magnificent.
