Cooking Class: Make Chinese Biang Biang Noodles With Chef Rita
Make traditional Chinese hand-pulled noodles in this fun, hands-on cooking class.
Guided by Chef Rita, you’ll start by making noodle dough from scratch, before learning how to stretch and pull it into Biang Biang noodles. You’ll also prepare two homemade sauces to serve with the noodles. Along the way, you'll learn about the history of noodles in China and their cultural meaning, including what they symbolize in terms of longevity and togetherness. All ingredients and equipment are provided for this session and no cooking experience is needed. Book your spot today!

Rita was awesome. Such a fun class. My wife and I and our two daughters, ages 14 and 12 all loved it. Highly recommend! Oh and the dumplings were delicious!
