Chef Titik is eager to elevate your notion of what Indonesian cooking can be! With his expertise leading the way in this hands-on cooking class, you’ll experience authentic Indonesian dishes prepared in a thoroughly contemporary style.
You’ll create a savory smoked salmon corn fritter with a smoky chipotle aioli and a short ribs rendang made with creamy coconut milk and an array of intriguing spices. And for dessert, banana fritters served with a silky avocado milkshake will open your eyes to new flavor and texture possibilities.

Chef Titik provided an unbelievable culinary experience! My fiancé and I did the Indonesian Fusion Flare class and enjoyed every minute of it. Chef Titik’s class is a perfect blend of hands on and visual learning for all levels and ages. The meal itself was one of the best meals we have had. The flavors and textures and dimension…truly amazing to taste and Chef Titik did an excellent job of showing us how easy it is to make. We cannot wait to try other meals with Chef Titik and share them with our family!

The whole experience was amazing. I love the homey feeling from when we first walked in. I felt like I was with family. The chef is very personable. Very knowledgeable.

Chef Titik's proud Indonesian heritage informs her life as much as her cooking. A graduate with honors from the Art Institute of California with degrees in culinary art, baking and pastry art, she hopes to impart her passion for food to her students as they learn to create incredible meals in a variety of cuisines ranging from Italian to Indian and beyond.
