Finally, cook your pasta to the perfect al dente texture, topping it with a fresh garden marinara sauce containing diced onions, chopped mushrooms, healthy spinach and ripe tomatoes.  There's even an option to add pan-seared and seasoned ground beef. Вот более сбалансированный отзыв на английском, который отмечает и плюсы, и серьезный недостаток: I really enjoyed the chef and the cooking class itself. She was knowledgeable, engaging, and made the experience fun. Unfortunately, the venue completely overshadowed the experience. The class was held in a distillery with no air conditioning, and it was well over 100°F inside. There weren’t even any fans provided. It was extremely hot, difficult to breathe, and everyone was soaked with sweat. It became hard to focus on the cooking because we were so uncomfortable. This is summer in Chicago, and hot weather should be expected. Holding a cooking class in an enclosed space without air conditioning or even basic ventilation is simply poor planning. I hope the organizers will either choose an air-conditioned venue or provide adequate cooling in the future, because the chef deserved a much better environment for her class.
