What You’ll Do

Begin the class by practicing your knife skills to chop fresh vegetables for vegan summer rolls wrapped in rice paper. Plus, whip up a dipping sauce to serve along with them. Next, you'll choose between two main courses. Make a creamy vegan mac and cheese made with wild mushrooms, cashews and dairy-free cheese. Or use wild mushrooms to make a savory mushroom stroganoff with vegan pasta. Indulge in a velvety chocolate mousse made with aquafaba and cacao for a decadent dessert to end the meal.
