What You’ll Do

Join Chef Denis for an exciting culinary adventure, making two pizzas from scratch. Begin the class with a refreshing and authentic Caprese salad made with sliced tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and a sprinkle of basil. Then, learn the recipe for making pizza dough from scratch and the technique to knead and shape it. Cover your dough with fresh tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese before adding the toppings of your choice. Bake your pizza until it's golden brown with perfectly melty cheese. Finally, dive into the sweet side of pizza making with a homemade pizza topped with Nutella cream for dessert.
