You will learn the art of making gnocchi using just flour, potatoes, eggs and a pinch of salt. Chef Nathan will guide you through the traditional techniques of shaping your gnocchi, ensuring each piece is perfectly light and fluffy. But what's gnocchi without a sauce to match? Create a farm-fresh marinara sauce, by simmering ripe tomatoes with garlic, onions, basil and olive oil.

Chef Nathan was awesome. He was very informative and friendly to the entire class. He also proved his ability to provide a quality service despite the venue moving our class into an area significantly smaller than planned.I highly recommend Chef Nathan's classes for anyone who wants the best out of a class pop experience.
