Your class will start with a classic Italian bruschetta appetizer, with ripe cherry tomatoes, garlic and fresh basil delicately scooped atop crispy bread slices. From there, Chef Luca will teach you how to prepare Neapolitan pizza and pizzella from scratch, using traditional techniques and ingredients from Naples. Finally, your class will conclude with a rich and decadent chocolate gelato, a beloved Italian dessert.

We had such a good time! Chef Luca made us feel so comfortable, we sampled a variety of dishes, practiced making pasta, had a great meal with an AMAZING homemade gelato dessert. We brought wine to enjoy with the meal as well. I absolutely recommend this class, great date night for out-of-towners like us!

Chef Luca was absolutely AMAZING! His energy, personality, and charisma are infectious! From start to finish, we were entertained and engaged! Chef Luca is highly knowledgeable and great at teaching the art of pasta making! We will definitely take another class with Chef!
