Cooking Class: Fundamentals of Parisian Bistro Cuisine

Discover classic Parisian bistro plates in this hands-on cooking class. 


Join Chef Edgar across four courses of classic Parisian bistro-style dishes using high-quality ingredients and professional techniques. First, you'll start by preparing creamy hummus with olives and a side of crispy herbed pita bread, and a fresh wintergreen salad. Chef Edgar will also teach you how to prepare an indulging marinated tuna with a side of seasonal cilantro couscous and roasted squash. For dessert, you'll prepare a traditional grilled brioche topped with tart macerated berries, whipped cream and roasted peanuts.

Chef Edgar was a delight to learn from. He showed us how to take familiar dishes and kick them up a notch with contrasting multicultural flavors. There was even a flambe demonstration that took some of the mystery out of a great party trick!
