This hands-on cooking class with Chef Lasheeda is for anyone who's ever wanted to create their own puff pastry but has no idea where to start! Chef Lasheeda will guide you through the entire process to help even complete beginners master this skill. After learning the basics of making your own puff pastry dough, you'll then use your made-from-scratch dough to prepare some delicious puff pastries. Some pastries you can look forward to creating and enjoying include crispy garlic and Parmesan cheese twists, a carrot ricotta tart with herbs and a heavenly peach rose pastry drizzled in homemade caramel sauce and sprinkled with cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg.

Our Macaron making workshop with Chef Lasheeda was fantastic. She is extremely knowledgeable and explained the how's and why's of macaron making to us very thoroughly. Even though she had to travel to our house, the workshop started on time, which was great. We landed up with an excellent batch of macarons that we just could not stop eating! The Cookie and Cream was our favorite. We had a ton of fun during the workshop and would definitely recommend it!
