To begin the class, make a refreshing salad with escarole or endive mixed with garlic, shallots and pepper with a drizzle of olive oil. Next, make fluffy spinach rice with a twist of lemon, topped with zesty feta cheese and chopped pistachios. Master the art of deep-frying tofu balls for a crispy snack served with onions and mushrooms. Finish the meal on a sweet note with a decadent chocolate mousse made from cocoa powder and vanilla for dessert.

Chef Marc was amazing! Me and my Fiancé loved the class. He taught in a way that we could understand and the food came out tasting so delicious. I highly recommend one of his classes. We will definitely be booking with him again!

Wonderful experience! Both Max and Marc were welcoming, patient, thorough, and so fun! Definitely recommend this class for anyone interested in learning about the bread-making process, even if you go solo, like me! Would definitely recommend to all my friends and family.
