You'll use serotonin-boosting ingredients that feature tryptophan, zinc and B vitamins to create a meal that feeds your body and soul. Begin with creamy mozzarella and fresh pineapple. Follow up with crunchy bruschetta and cannellini bean salad. Chef Luana will then teach you how to prepare golden risotto with saffron and Parmigiano-Reggiano. Finish off with a decadent dark chocolate mousse topped with nuts and berries.

Top tier experience! Luana was very attentive, very hands on, lots of hospitality, and most importantly… delicious food! After she gave step-by-step instructions on how to make spaghetti and fettuccine, she served us as if we were in a high class restaurant. It was so cozy. She’s My aunt now lol.

Chef Luana provided us such a great experience! It was my first time going to a cooking class and I have no cooking experience at all. She was very patient and even showed us how pasta was made in Italy before the advent of modern tools. She served us homemade Bruschetta for appetizer (so good!) The rest of the menu is:
Fettuccine mushroom and sausage
Fruit salad for dessert
Chef Luana took care of us and we had an amazing dinner experience. I would definitely recommend!

Chef Luana was so much fun! Lovely experience! Delicious food! Best pasta this side of Italy. We highly recommend bringing a bottle of wine and enjoying this class with family and friends. Would be great event for a day out or a someone with a serious interest in pasta making and Italian cuisine. We highly recommend chef Luana and her classes. Chef Luana was a delight!! From beginning to end, we were eating delicious food with many ingredients imported straight from Italy. Her gnocchi class was so much fun and she made it easy for us novice cooks. We felt right at home in her kitchen and we certainly will be back to do more of her classes.

First time with Chef Luana and YOU have to go! It’s the cutest spot. The risotto is to die for. IT WAS FIRE!! The chef was very attentive and the apricot crostata was so amazing and we will definitely be back again. She made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience.

My girlfriend and I took Chef Luana’s homemade pasta cooking class, and it was excellent! When we first got there she provided us with some Amazing appetizers before we started cooking. She makes some amazing bread too! We learned how to make two kinds of pasta and both were great! We had a lot of fun with Chef Luana, and I would highly recommend this class to anyone. That was the most authentic Italian food I’ve ever had outside Italy!
