Chef Cici will teach authentic Italian techniques to turn fresh ingredients into pasta. You'll mix semolina flour and egg yolks into dough using a food processor. Then, learn how to cut and shape the dough into cavatelli by hand. Plus, learn how to make a creamy cacio e pepe sauce made with ricotta and Pecorino Romano cheeses. Mix in the pasta and garnish with Italian basil and chives. In the end, enjoy your Italian feast made from scratch.

It was okay. The chef was super nice. You are supposed to share your dough with another person so you don’t get a lot. I think it would be more worth the money if there were more ingredients to add other than Parmesan cheese and black pepper.
