The idea of the class is nice. However, parking needs to be clearly stated where to park also signs leading to where the venue is, and directly outside n front of the venue. This was date night thought we would make pasta with sauces and have a meal with drinks at the end. Wasn’t clearly stated that there is a bar to purchase multiple drinks which was why we brought our own. We thought you could only buy 1 drink. We were thankful to get charged the corking fee. Need seasonings and toppings for pasta. You can charge more and have it be an actual dinner. Cooking class needs to be set at an earlier time so that you are not leaving the event in the DARK to then walk the dirty streets of downtown la, with the unhoused everywhere you turn. There should also be some kind of keepsake that you get to take home. Also there should be aprons to wear so that you don’t get flour all over yourself. Need the spinning fans that sit on the tables and turns to keep the flies and knats away. It’s absolutely horrible to try and make food with a lot of knats hovering over the drinks and pasta that we were making. The class has a lot of potential to be great but is falling short in these aspects. We had a good time just because we had each other. If I took the class by myself I would have left early. Hopefully this is helpful and future classes will reap the benefits!

Both my husband and I enjoyed the class very much! It was our first experience making pasta, and Chef Cici made it so easy and fun! She explained to us the style and ingredients for this typical Northern Italy pasta dish, and was very clear and thorough on each step of making the pasta. I never knew making pasta was so easy! The dishes we made were delicious! I’d highly recommend this class to couples for date night ideas or group of friends who’d like to share a fun experience together!

Very disappointing experience. The class was nothing like what was advertised. It was supposed to be a hands on sushi making class where each person made their own sushi roll and enjoyed a full meal. Instead, we were told to make one sushi roll per pair, which is not what we paid for. Everyone should have had the opportunity to make their own roll or rolls.
On top of that, the class lasted only one hour instead of the advertised two hours, and it definitely did not include a full meal. Overall, the experience did not match the description, and I would not recommend it based on the misleading advertising. Will requesting a refund as I had to go buy a FULL meal afterwards.

Chef Cici's Fresh & Easy Pasta class was horrible!!! A better name would have beeen "One Pot Pasta Making class" There was 15 people in the class and she only had one medium size pot to cook pasta for 15 people with one small electric burner. We had to take a number and wait for our turn to cook pasta with minimal cooking time. The pasta was so under cooked that you could barely chew it. It reminded me of "Gummy Bear" Pasta if that actually exists.
Cici, most certainly need cooking assistants more pots and more portable cooking burners. I would not book another class with "Classpop"
What a waste of time and money. Very disappointed!!!!

Cici was great! She made the class fun and and gnocchi (with her pesto) was so delicious! Would definitely take a class with her again!
