Chef Cici's Fresh & Easy Pasta class was horrible!!! A better name would have beeen "One Pot Pasta Making class" There was 15 people in the class and she only had one medium size pot to cook pasta for 15 people with one small electric burner. We had to take a number and wait for our turn to cook pasta with minimal cooking time. The pasta was so under cooked that you could barely chew it. It reminded me of "Gummy Bear" Pasta if that actually exists. Cici, most certainly need cooking assistants more pots and more portable cooking burners. I would not book another class with "Classpop" What a waste of time and money. Very disappointed!!!!

This was such a fun class! Chef Cici was great and very knowledgable about everything that went into our gnocchi dish. Instructions were easy to follow along with and my boyfriend and I had a wonderful time conversing and cooking along with the rest of the group. The small, intimate class size of 6 people was just right and there was plenty of 1:1 attention. And the location couldn't be beat! Having at a brewery was so much fun as we got to have a drink while we cooked. Thank you, Chef Cici!

Chef Cici was amazing! Very helpful tips. I wish the venue was a bit better. It was very loud in the lobby that it was attached to and we didn’t have the right materials to make the pasta shapes successfully.

Very intimate and lovely experience. The setup was no frills and well thought out. The recipe of ricotta gnocchi w/green pea pesto turned out to be fun and delicious while not taking very long to prepare. Would do another class with Cici for sure.

Chef Cici was very nice but there were a few things that were not ideal. The space the class was held was in the back of a bar on a patio and was very crammed. It is a good thing that 2 people did not show up since there was not enough room if they did. Also, the description said that we were going to be making 2 kinds of rolls but we only ended up making the first one. I believe some people did not have enough ingredients to make their second (couples were paired up to make rolls). Lastly, the instructions were not very clear and the demonstration was not visible to many people. The class said it was 2 hours but were were there for about 30-45 minutes.

While Chef Cici was good at teaching, I was disappointed by the class. It is advertised as a 2 hour class that includes making two rolls, but the class was stopped after an hour and we didn’t make the second roll (sweet potato roll).

Her dishes are easy to prepare and the ingredients are always available in the pantry which is what I love about her recipes. They are also very healthy!
