Craft bread better than your local bakery in this hands-on cooking class. Under the guidance of Chef Marc, a gourmet baker, you'll learn how to craft an artisan sourdough from scratch.

To begin, you'll learn the recipe to make sourdough with flour, water and salt, as well as the secret to balancing the flavors and textures. Master the technique of kneading the dough and letting it rise before baking it until golden. Enjoy your freshly crafted bread and culinary skills you can bring into your own kitchen.

Chef Camila made our sushi-making experience unforgettable! The quality of the fish was incredibly fresh, restaurant level, and you could tell she truly cares about ingredients and technique. Her explanations were clear, thorough, and easy to follow, making the process fun and approachable for my husband and I, regardless of experience level. On top of that, she’s extremely personable and genuinely funny, which kept the energy light and engaging the entire time. We learned so much, laughed a lot, and ate amazing sushi.
