Chef Darren was great! I took his Gyoza making class and it was a lot of fun. It was a good experience to make the gyoza dough from scratch. Chef Darren was patient and helpful. I would totally take another class as I loved this experience a lot.

Meet your chef
Chef Darren is a classically trained culinary professional with extensive experience leading large-scale kitchen operations. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu with an Associate of Culinary Arts, he has held executive chef and leadership roles overseeing high-volume food production, menu development and culinary teams. Chef Darren specializes in large-batch cooking, operational management and creative menu planning. He enjoys teaching practical techniques that help his students build confidence and skills in the kitchen.
