Cooking Class: Mexican Street Food Classics
Join Chef Rebecca on a culinary journey to the streets of Mexico as you learn how to make traditional Mexican street foods in this hands-on cooking class. After an appetizer of fresh guacamole and chips, you'll hand-fry your own crispy taco shells before filling them with beef, potatoes, avocado cream and any other delicious toppings you desire! You'll also prepare and serve fresh cilantro lime rice and frijoles borrachos, more commonly known as "drunken" beans, to enjoy alongside your tacos. Lastly, you'll end with a favorite Mexican sweet treat, cinnamon honey sopapillas.
