Chef Darren is a classically trained culinary professional with extensive experience leading large-scale kitchen operations. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu with an Associate of Culinary Arts, he has held executive chef and leadership roles overseeing high-volume food production, menu development and culinary teams. Chef Darren specializes in large-batch cooking, operational management and creative menu planning.
