The ultamate beer and food test, and obviously it's a fantastic combo!! I can't recommend this pack enough because it was fun and delicious to start with, but if you wanted to learn anything, Chef Darren is a great spot to start with!

We had a great time making handmade gnocchi and basil pesto with Chef Darren! He made it easy to learn and used ingredients we can easily get so we’ll definitely be making more of this at home. Thank you Chef Darren for a great class!

Chef Darren was great! I took his Gyoza making class and it was a lot of fun. It was a good experience to make the gyoza dough from scratch. Chef Darren was patient and helpful. I would totally take another class as I loved this experience a lot.

Chef Darren delivered one of the most engaging and memorable cooking classes I’ve ever taken. His ability to break down professional techniques into simple, approachable steps made the entire experience feel welcoming, whether you’re a beginner or someone who already cooks at home often. What really stood out was his depth of culinary knowledge — he explained not just how to do things, but why certain techniques work, which completely changed the way I cook. The atmosphere he creates is relaxed, fun, and incredibly interactive. Everyone in the class felt comfortable asking questions, and Chef Darren made sure each person left feeling confident in their skills. The food was restaurant-quality, but the experience itself was even better. You can tell he has real professional kitchen experience and a genuine passion for teaching people how to cook. I would absolutely book another class with him and highly recommend his experiences to anyone looking for a hands-on, chef-led culinary experience.
