What You’ll Do

Get acquainted with the flavors and techniques of Tex-Mex cuisine in this beginner-friendly cooking class with Chef Rakhi.

You’ll start by mixing and rolling flour tortillas from scratch before learning how to slowly braise pork tenderloin with chili peppers until tender and flavorful. Then, build your own tacos with the homemade tortillas, savory pork and a fresh salsa fresca made with tomatoes, onion and cilantro. To finish, prepare a silky orange flan with a bright hint of citrus. Along the way, Chef Rakhi will share helpful techniques you can use to recreate these dishes at home. Book your spot today!
