Cooking Class: Exploring Authentic Thai Flavors

Explore the incredible flavors of Thailand in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Susie where you’ll learn how to prepare three authentic Thai-style recipes. Chef Susie will show you how to transform classic ingredients, such as fresh vegetables, cilantro and coconut milk, into rich and flavorful dishes, including vegetable springs and an authentic chicken pad Thai. Lastly, your class will end on a sweet note as you whip up a mango stick rice for dessert. 


Spring Rolls

Very well run class! Chef Susie provided clear instructions, suggested substitutes for ingredients to tweak recipes, and overall was very welcoming. The knife handling demo and tips were very helpful. The food was fantastic made with wonderful ingredients. I would very much recommend this class as a fun date night or get together with a friend. Thank you Chef Susie!
