Cooking Class: Cuisine of Central Italy
Join Chef Zach, to learn how to prepare a three-course meal typical of Central Italy, a powerhouse of Italian regional cooking. First, you'll craft fresh spinach and egg fettuccine by hand. Then, Chef Zach will show you how to create a colorful and delicious insalata tricolore. Finish up with an authentic custard with fresh berries for dessert.

Chef Zach was amazing! He was hands-on but he also let us really own our part in the class. The food was delicious, scrumptious and overall, a delight! I learned so much and I can't wait to show off at the next dinner party. If you love pasta, this is the class for you. You will not pick up dry pasta again!
