Cooking Class: Cuisine of Central Italy

Join Chef Zach, to learn how to prepare a three-course meal typical of Central Italy, a powerhouse of Italian regional cooking. First, you'll craft fresh spinach and egg fettuccine by hand. Then, Chef Zach will show you how to create a colorful and delicious insalata tricolore. Finish up with an authentic custard with fresh berries for dessert.

Chef Zach was awesome! The recipes turned out great, and I really appreciated him explaining the science or the reasons why. Also, just great conversation and lots of fun. We will definitely be back!
