Pair freshly-made noodles with a rich, flavorful broth simmering with miso, ginger and garlic for your ramen. Chef Megan will guide you in cooking a savory tofu chashu as a hearty vegan meat substitute. Add in fresh vegetables and seasonings to complete a restaurant-worthy bowl. For dessert, enjoy a traditional Japanese street-food favorite: fun fish-shaped pancakes filled with sweet red bean paste.

Fabulous! We had an entire weekend of fun to celebrate a birthday, but the cooking class with Megan was the best thing we did. Highly recommend.
