Chef Pierre is ready to share traditional techniques for mixing, kneading and rolling homemade pasta dough. You'll make a starter of crispy bruschetta and a Caesar salad. Your main event is traditional fettuccine and saffron ravioli stuffed with herbed goat cheese and sun-dried tomatoes accompanied by a Bolognese and alfredo sauce. He's even had the honor of cooking for four United States presidents! Chef Pierre has been an executive chef and culinary instructor for many years, and he continues to offer his background of skills and knowledge to young students. Perhaps most importantly, in all of his cooking classes, Chef Pierre teaches from the heart and shares his passion for the art of cooking.
