The class begins with a custom Thai curry made from a flavorful curry paste base and served with sticky rice. Choose your preferred protein and vegetables, then create the curry color of your choice using a variety of aromatic spices. Next, prepare the beloved pad Thai with chopped peanuts, fresh vegetables and your choice of protein, all tossed in a sweet and savory homemade sauce. Select a side dish: either crispy mixed vegetable spring rolls served with Mae Ploy sauce or nutty chicken satay topped with Thai basil and cilantro. End the meal with sweet sticky rice made with coconut milk and topped with fresh mango and aromatic mint for dessert. Book your cooking class today!

This was the first time that my wife and I had taken a cooking course. There was virtually no instruction unless you were one of the lucky ones around the table that happened to be in front of him while he demonstrated. The resulting product was not really edible. The rice was a mushy mess. The whole time the class felt rushed and disorganized.

Chef was great but the food was not great quality and the rice was cooked weird.

Absolutely loved this class. Chef Timothy was very knowledgeable and informative. It was just a really cool and unique experience. The sushi was also delicious! :)

Chef Timothy is living his childhood dream as a personal chef and culinary instructor in Nashville. With past experience that includes teaching cooking classes for kids and working as a private chef, Chef Timothy is an engaging teacher for all ages and skill levels. He loves to cook international cuisine as well as classic southern fare, and his goal is to bring the life-giving joy of wonderful food to every guest.
