Work alongside a master chef as you perfect the art of steaming sushi rice, chopping fresh vegetables and hand-rolling sushi with expert precision. Start by crafting a classic California roll filled with creamy avocado and crisp cucumber. Then, create a vibrant veggie roll featuring sweet mango, crunchy cucumber and fresh avocado.

We had a great time and did learn how to make pasta. Just wish there was a little more detailed involved in the instructions. Grinders switch winery was a great place to hold this event. Went away full and happy!

Chef Dylan is a seasoned culinary professional with over a decade of diverse experience as an executive chef, sous chef and kitchen manager. A graduate of the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago with a Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts degree, Chef Dylan specializes in creative menu development, food cost control and high-quality presentation. Known for designing exceptional culinary experiences, he excels in training staff and ensuring consistency in all aspects of kitchen operations.
