We had the most wonderful time start to finish! Chef Dylan was so personable and took the time to answer all of the questions that we brought to the class about how to perfect our pasta. The class was pasted nicely so we could visit with other attendees and enjoy every part of the pasta making process. We left feeling confident that we could repeat the process on our own. We highly recommend this class to others!

Booked this class for my birthday and had a blast. The pasta was delicious and chef Dylan was so nice and helpful! Would love to do one of his classes again in the future.

Chef Dylan did a great job and was willing to share his knowledge. This made it a great experience. Started on time and had lots of tips and tricks to share. I recommend 100% 10-10!

Great guy and full of ideas. The class was limited in what it did. I thought it was more. But for the cost it was nice. The bar in the background had the music up to loud for me. I wear hearing aids and could not hear what the other said.

This was a fun experience in a low key, easy going location. Chef Dylan made the experience down to earth and accessible. It definitely didn't hurt to have it at a wine bar! The pasta turned out amazing. You should definitely give this a try. Great time! Thanks Chef.

We had a great time and did learn how to make pasta. Just wish there was a little more detailed involved in the instructions. Grinders switch winery was a great place to hold this event. Went away full and happy!
