This was a fun experience in a low key, easy going location. Chef Dylan made the experience down to earth and accessible. It definitely didn't hurt to have it at a wine bar! The pasta turned out amazing. You should definitely give this a try. Great time! Thanks Chef.

We had a great time and did learn how to make pasta. Just wish there was a little more detailed involved in the instructions. Grinders switch winery was a great place to hold this event. Went away full and happy!

Chef Dylan did an excellent job! They should have capped off the # as there were too many people. For the future I also suggest that the bar offers water with the meal. The pasta was delicious and a lot of fun to make!!! Thank you Chef Dylan. Left cash there for him for a tip.

I think a voice amplifier would help to help everyone know the directions as well as provide paper copies of pasta and sauce recipes. Also having more pasta makers and more than one pot of boiling water for pasta because it took a long time to get food out with 22 people in group. We left a little after 9pm and they still had 5 people waiting for pasta to cook. So either more help and supplies to help cook or less people in group because we definitely were way over 2 hours. But It tasted delicious and had a great time with the group. Fun activity
