Chef Dylan will show you how to whip up two fresh, tasty sushi rolls from scratch, no experience needed. Learn how to make perfect sushi rice, chop up your fillings like a pro and roll it all up into a California roll and a colorful veggie roll packed with mango, avocado and crunch. The class is hands-on and low-pressure (plus, you get to eat your creations). Come hungry and leave with new skills!

We had a great time and did learn how to make pasta. Just wish there was a little more detailed involved in the instructions. Grinders switch winery was a great place to hold this event. Went away full and happy!

Chef Dylan is a seasoned culinary professional with over a decade of diverse experience as an executive chef, sous chef and kitchen manager. A graduate of the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago with a Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts degree, Chef Dylan specializes in creative menu development, food cost control and high-quality presentation. Known for designing exceptional culinary experiences, he excels in training staff and ensuring consistency in all aspects of kitchen operations.
