Learn how to make perfect sushi rice, chop up your fillings like a pro and roll it all up into a California roll and a colorful veggie roll packed with mango, avocado and crunch. We had the most wonderful time start to finish! Chef Dylan was so personable and took the time to answer all of the questions that we brought to the class about how to perfect our pasta. The class was pasted nicely so we could visit with other attendees and enjoy every part of the pasta making process. We left feeling confident that we could repeat the process on our own. We highly recommend this class to others!
