Learn how to make perfect sushi rice, chop up your fillings like a pro and roll it all up into a California roll and a colorful veggie roll packed with mango, avocado and crunch. Great guy and full of ideas. The class was limited in what it did. I thought it was more. But for the cost it was nice. The bar in the background had the music up to loud for me. I wear hearing aids and could not hear what the other said.
