This was my husband and I first cooking class and we did it to celebrate our anniversary. The Chef and her family was amazing we really enjoyed the class. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because in the class description it was stated that you’ll learn how to make homemade tortillas. However that wasn’t a true statement for this class. Outside of that if and when a class that Esmeralda teaches includes the tortillas I would definitely take it.

Awesome class! Chef Esmeralda was amazing and patient. The dish we made was delicious, would definitely recommend her class. I look forward to attending another class held by her.
Join Chef Esmeralda for fun and interactive culinary classes. She has a background in creating fruit arrangements, dipped chocolates and intricate dessert designs. Chef Esmeralda's kitchen skills include time management, organization and the flexibility to work in multiple aspects of the kitchen environment. She has an independent work ethic and the ability to integrate and collaborate with others in a group setting while creating products, prepping recipes and preparing beautiful arrangements.
