There's no better way to bring together the best flavors of Italian cuisine in a single dish than the ravioli in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Dre is fired up to demonstrate how simple and delicious it is to create your own homemade pasta filled with fabulous fresh ingredients!
Your lesson begins with the basics of fresh pasta dough, a wholesome blend of eggs, flour, olive oil and salt that form your ravioli crust. Then, prepare a savory filling of ricotta, parmesan and spinach that you'll use to create pillowy ravioli you'll be proud to serve. Top it all with an herbal brown butter sauce.
