With a hearty helping of gourmet imagination, Chef Eric reinvents the simple taco in this hands-on cooking class. Join in and learn how to take your tacos to the next level.
Start with a refreshing pico de gallo recipe and a roasted chili salsa that will set your heart aflame. Then, master the homemade tortilla before filling two wildly different taco variations, a chili-marinated chicken taco brimming with fresh cabbage slaw and sour cream and a charred steak taco with roasted tomato and onions. Add an order of warm cinnamon-roasted plantains and your taco night is complete!

I would give Eric 10 stars if I could... He has prepared me some of the most delicious meals I have ever had. His creations are not only tasty but creative and satisfying! 10/10 would recommend if you enjoy awesome food!
