In honor of the summer blockbuster Suicide Squad, Chef Elham's hands-on cooking class is bringing the heat. Learn the art of balancing spice with complementary flavors and textures in a menu that is all about contrast.
Those who like it hot will be right at home in this fun, informative class, which begins with a homemade chili oil tutorial. From there, take on a fiery four-course menu, including angry shrimp with polenta, crisp salad with chipotle-chili dressing and juicy grilled chili-lime chicken with a cooling yogurt sauce. Finish with a dessert that is an exotic combination of sweet and heat, and keep your culinary repertoire spicy this summer!

We had fun and learned some helpful tips for making chocolate desserts. My sisters and I think that there should be a maximum of 4 students in a class because the kitchen is small.

Had an awesome time taking this class. The recipes were delish, great tips on where to source the ingredients and best Tom Ka soup I've ever had, can't wait to make it for friends at home when I get access to the class recipes! Super fun evening

For the past two decades, Chef Elham has been sharing her passion for cooking with others as a private chef, caterer and culinary instructor. Most recently, Chef Elham has served as the culinary program director of America's largest hands-on cooking class program as well as a culinary instructor at one of Google's largest campuses. Her specialties include classic French cuisine as well as exotic Asian fare that entices and energizes the palate.
