You’ll prepare a platter of cured meats and cheese chosen by the chef before choosing either an arugula salad with walnuts and figs or a fennel salad with Parmesan and pecans. For your entrée, you’ll select homemade tagliatelle carbonara or pistachio-crusted mahi-mahi, and desert is your choice of a classic tiramisu or a creamy panna cotta baked from scratch.
Francesca was an absolute delight to learn from and spend the afternoon with. We made lasagna and risotto, which were both delicious, and left absolutely stuffed. I would highly recommend taking a class with Francesca.
Chef Francesca was born and raised in Sardinia, Italy, and discovered her passion for cuisine at an early age. Her greatest love is cooking traditional foods from her homeland using traditional techniques to create authentic homemade pastas, sauces and desserts.
