Cooking Class: Authentic Italian Steakhouse Dinner

Across four courses, you'll explore Italy's classic steakhouse dishes while mastering culinary techniques with Chef Francesca. 


In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Francesca will teach you how to prepare an impressive array of Italian steakhouse dishes. You'll begin with fresh and cheesy eggplant roll with prosciutto and fontina. Then, you'll prepare a rich homemade fettuccine carbonara topped with pancetta and pecorino cheese. Chef Francesca will guide you through perfecting a juicy and hearty ribeye steak made with red wine reduction, potatoes, parsley and truffle oil. For dessert, a creamy and decadent white chocolate mousse with pistachio will be served.

Francesca was an absolute delight to learn from and spend the afternoon with. We made lasagna and risotto, which were both delicious, and left absolutely stuffed. I would highly recommend taking a class with Francesca.
