Cooking Class: Filipino Kamayan Feast

Experience the culture and cuisine of the Philippines with a traditional kamayan, or boodle fight, feast in this cooking class. Chef Nancy shares the history of this authentic feast where food is arranged on banana leaves laid out in artistic patterns and then eaten with the hands. Courses include fried, sautĂ©ed, grilled and a steamed basket. You'll prepare recipes such as pork tocino, chicken tapa, pork belly adobo, crispy pork skin sisig and more.

Bottomless Pandan Iced Tea or Calamansi Soda

With fragrant pandan or refreshing calamansi citrus

With pork tocino, chicken tapa, pork belly adobo and crispy pork skin sisig

With prawns, mussels, milkfish belly and squid in ink sauce

This class was amazing. Chef Nancy was so knowledgeable. We made 4 entirely different types of food and learned tricks for may more. We highly recommend this for a date or group!
