Join Chef John to learn the skills needed to make a lavish spread of healthy drinks and foods in this hands-on cooking class.
Chef John will start with an abundance of fresh and raw fruits and vegetables, learning how to blend them carefully to create nutritional wheatgrass shooters, refreshing juices with beets, ginger, lime, celery and tumeric, and creamy smoothies with chia seeds, almond milk, fruits and cinnamon. If fruits aren't your thing, you'll also prepare a warm and potassium-rich detox broth with celery, onions, cabbage, carrots and potatoes.

Chef John's passion for experimenting in the kitchen and creating innovative recipes and dishes began at an early age. Since then, Chef John has amassed decades worth of experience working in a variety of culinary establishments and has worked alongside several top names in the food industry, such as Bobby Flay, Emeril Lagasse, and Julia Child. Most of all, Chef John loves sharing his passion for cooking and treasure trove of culinary skills with others.
