Cooking Class: Make Fresh Tagliatelle and Bolognese

Take your Italian cooking skills to the next level with a cooking class featuring the art of homemade pasta. Chef Taciana is ready to share expert tips and time-honored techniques for turning flour, oil and eggs into long flat ribbons of tagliatelle pasta. Start by mixing, cutting and shaping dough into strands of pasta. You'll then prepare a rich and hearty Bolognese sauce using beef, garlic, crushed tomatoes, balsamic vinegar and onions to top your pasta creation.

Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

The class was very fun! We met a lot of great people and enjoyed learning a fun new way to make fresh pasta. Everything was tasty and we will be incorporating this new technique in our kitchens at home now.
