Cooking Class: Make Fresh Tagliatelle and Bolognese

Take your Italian cooking skills to the next level with a cooking class featuring the art of homemade pasta. Chef Taciana is ready to share expert tips and time-honored techniques for turning flour, oil and eggs into long flat ribbons of tagliatelle pasta. Start by mixing, cutting and shaping dough into strands of pasta. You'll then prepare a rich and hearty Bolognese sauce using beef, garlic, crushed tomatoes, balsamic vinegar and onions to top your pasta creation.


Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

My husband and I did the Tagliatelle and Bolognese class... we loved it! Chef Taciana was a great instructor, and we really liked the location and size of the class, you felt like you got individual attention. I was expecting to feel overwhelmed, but Chef showed how easy it can be to be hands-on with dough for pasta and not as scary as I thought! Oh, and delicious!! We'd definitely do another class with Chef Taciana :-)

Chef Taciana's class was so much fun. I went alone and met so many nice people. We made our own fresh pasta and meat sauce which we then cooked and ate together. It was very good. The venue was perfect. Very comfortable and you could buy craft beer, wine, water or a few other choices. I look forward to taking my next class with Taciana.
