Chef John will begin by teaching you how to create a traditional three-onion soup covered in a layer of creamy brie cheese and crunchy croutons. Next, you'll learn how to make a hearty leg of lamb coated in fragrant garlic and rosemary, paired with a side of aromatic Parmesan potatoes with cream. For dessert, you'll prepare a fiery bananas foster complete with brown sugar, vanilla and cinnamon.

Overall a wonderful experience, food was great and so was the conversation. Just a tad warm in the house but overall he made our experience very memorable. He’s very capable and an excellent teacher.
