Cooking Class: Cooking Vegan Pan-Asian Delights

Begin by wrapping tempeh and crisp vegetables into spring rolls and dipping them in a homemade peanut sauce. Next, stir-fry a batch of Asian noodles with smoky grilled tofu and vegetables, followed by sesame cauliflower glazed with orange sauce and a sprinkling of scallions. Finally, end your experience with a creamy, dairy-free vanilla panna cotta garnished with fresh berries.
