With Chef Catalina in the kitchen, you'll enjoy a cooking class where authentic temaki, or Japanese sushi hand rolls, have a starring role. She's assembled a menu of tasty selections that represent the truest flavors of this beloved regional dish. 


Create a savory miso soup where green onions and silken tofu share the bowl. Then, prepare a trio of temaki featuring sushi with salmon, tuna and scallops cradled in tender sushi rice. You'll also put together a flavor-packed vegetable roll and make chewy mochi for dessert, flavored with matcha green tea powder.
