My finance and I enjoyed learning how to make sushi, and Birdie is an excellent teacher. It was a birthday gift experience for him that we'd never done before and would likely do again. On the downside, we weren't too happy with the last-minute change of menu that eliminated salmon, replacing it with cooked chicken to appease one person's food allergy. I've never had sushi with cooked chicken and won't ever again. Also, a bit more of a closing to the class would have been better than just finishing our sushi construction, packaging it up and then she was gone. I was hoping to hear that we could get the recipe for the sticky rice emailed to us, or suggestions of other combinations we might try on our own. All in all, though, it was a fun experience and I'm looking forward to trying sushi on my own.

This was a super fun class birdie was very fun and gave us a few laughs in between instructions. I met some new people and it was nice to mingle and watch everyone having fun rolling the sushi rolls. It was fun eating the finished product and the wine was amazing. Pinot was amazing. Everyone was very kind and I felt comfortable in the awesome wine room. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
