Birdie is very sweet but the class was not as interactive as it could have been and it was definitively geared towards children—we made Cookie Monster ice cream with cheap ingredients. It was disappointing.

Birdie was awesome and laid things out for us in an easy and really fun way. We made cookies and cream ice cream that was delicious. We hope to do more classes in the future. If you’re interested in this class, do yourself and favor and sign up. It was a great time.

Her cakes are always so moist and flavorful. She always makes what you want and the way you want it. Definitely recommend her to all my family and friends.
