What You’ll Do

With expert guidance from a seasoned cake artist, you’ll explore essential techniques and creative tricks to transform simple cakes into stunning, frosted masterpieces. You’ll receive a recipe for a rich buttercream frosting and join a brief discussion on how to make it at home. Then, dive into hands-on decorating as you practice frosting and assembling your cake, adding whimsical flair with bright candies, colorful sprinkles and other fun toppings.

Birdie was a lot of fun, and we had a good time! I wish she provided disposable food gloves and the small knives were just way too dull but otherwise the class was well supplied.

The class was definitely worth the experience. I now know how to roll sushi and the basics. However, my wife and I did not eat the rolls we made due to the lack of sanitary practice. Gloves were not used by the instructor when handling food. Seeing how she operated called into question her cleanliness when preparing the food that she brought. Like I said before, the experience and time spent with my wife was great.
