Chef Charles is ready to guide you through the process of preparing and grilling pork ribs rubbed with garlic, chili powder, salt and pepper. You'll smother those tender ribs in a tangy, flavorful barbecue sauce that you'll make from scratch. Accompany this mouthwatering meal with a homemade potato salad for the start of the perfect summer picnic.
