Cooking Class: Sushi Workshop for Little Chefs
During this fun, hands-on cooking class, Chef Nancy will teach your little future chefs all about sushi and guide them through the process of creating their own fun and delicious rolls and recipes.
Your little ones will first learn how to make maki rolls and sushi cones using sushi rice, salmon, tuna and fresh vegetables. Up next, they'll prepare classic California rolls before whipping up an array of dipping sauces to serve alongside their rolls. Then, everyone will engage in a bit of friendly competition with a sushi roll innovation challenge – the inventor of the best new sushi roll will win their very own sushi mat!
All children must be accompanied by an adult for this class; adults are required to purchase tickets in addition to kids.

A lot of fun! Chef Nancy was very sweet. I anticipated more demonstration rather than her just describing what we were doing, so often times I was a little confused. But we had a great group of people and had a blast!
