Cooking Class: Thai-Inspired Healthy Cooking

In this interactive cooking class, clean eating is in the spotlight. You'll learn how to cook several healthy dishes you will feel good about eating and serving to loved ones. You'll begin with a roasted beet salad topped with goat cheese and walnuts. Thai coconut soup is up next, with the addition of shrimp for a sea-forward flavor. For the main dish, you'll prepare a ground turkey dish with fragrant Thai basil and sweet-and-spicy honey-Sriracha sauce. Then for dessert, roast up a plate of pears and sweet figs with Greek yogurt.

Chef Gabriel is great! He is truly passionate about his cooking and we love that he has lots of variety with his menus.
