Cooking Class: Lush Thai Feast
Take a journey to Thailand in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Cregg, a master of this country’s colorful, flavor-exploding cuisine. You’ll first make a delightful green papaya salad with green beans and a bit of lime juice. Next, Chef Cregg will teach you how to cook an authentic grilled beef salad with a side of sticky rice. A fun evening with a great chef who not only is an amazing cook but a truly patient teacher. Skills were presented and individually monitored for the best use of tools, products and timing for maximum outcomes of the dinner. Pleasant company, good food and a great experience.
